Tax Manager
We are looking for a tax manager to join our team! We're a CPA firm that provides tax preparation, consulting and planning for individuals, corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and trusts.
Responsibilities
- Annual income tax planning for multiple business clients
- Engage in consulting and special projects as may be requested by clients
- State and local planning for multi-state clients
- Estate planning for multigenerational clients
- Present tax incentive planning to clients
- Conduct tax research and prepare memos outlining findings and conclusions
- Prepare federal and multi-state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
- Prepare tax projections and other tax planning engagements
- Assist with responses to IRS and state agency audits, inquiries, and tax notices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of professional tax experience
- CPA is preferred but not required
- Prior experience in public accounting is a plus
- Excellent time management, accounting, analytical, and organizational skills
- Detail oriented and ability to multitask
- Strong communication and analytical skills
